Business Development
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• Participates in company events such as trade shows, exhibition and seminars
• Engages in the full business development life cycle (i.e. client engagement, presentation, proposal creation, demonstration, proof of concept, project delivery) through to invoicing
• Is responsible to propose, review and evaluate the P&L & CF statements
• Provides reports on forecast, market intelligence and competition
• Knows and understands tender rules and requirements; Prepares tender documents and attends the related tenders meeting
• Liaises and coordinates closely with related division to understand customers’ needs and looks for suitable solutions
• Identifies, develops and maintains relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Is responsible for business development initiatives for our products & services

Requirements:

• Great analytical, good presentation, communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills
• Fast learner, independent, high integrity, good coordination, meticulous and able to work under pressure and based on target
• Self-starter, committed, responsible, energetic, and highly motivated person
• Experience in IT pre-sales including client engagement, proposal preparation, demonstration, proof of concept, and project delivery is an advantage
• Experience as a product specialist or sales within the IT and/or oil and gas or related industry are a strong plus
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office applications and Internet) is a must
• A minimum of D3 degree in related field.
