Responsibilities:
The Purchaser is to procure and supply materials and equipments to companies ensuring their compliance with the specific company/projects requirements with the best price, without compromising on quality. The purchaser should maintain /expand the company vendor list with a view to enhance choosing process.
- Obtain the best price consistent with quality, service and delivery
- Deal directly with suppliers related to purchase of different items
- Prepare and execute quotations and analyse bids
- Procure materials as per purchase requisition in line with contractual and technical requirements
- Obtain requisitions from departments and arrange quotations from suppliers
Requirements:
- Fluent in English both oral & written.
- Has good personalities and team work oriented.
- Having experience in Marine/Building Construction Company.
- Willing to work hard and able to work under tight schedule.
- Strong communication skills in Englishboth orally and written.
- Experience min 5years as purchaser.
- Graduated min Bachelor Degreein accountingfrom reputable university.
