Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
The Purchaser is to procure and supply materials and equipments to companies ensuring their compliance with the specific company/projects requirements with the best price, without compromising on quality. The purchaser should maintain /expand the company vendor list with a view to enhance choosing process.

• Obtain the best price consistent with quality, service and delivery
• Deal directly with suppliers related to purchase of different items
• Prepare and execute quotations and analyse bids
• Procure materials as per purchase requisition in line with contractual and technical requirements
• Obtain requisitions from departments and arrange quotations from suppliers

Requirements:

• Fluent in English both oral & written.
• Has good personalities and team work oriented.
• Having experience in Marine/Building Construction Company.
• Willing to work hard and able to work under tight schedule.
• Strong communication skills in Englishboth orally and written.
• Experience min 5years as purchaser.
• Graduated min Bachelor Degreein accountingfrom reputable university.
