Customer Service Operator
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
Customer Service Operator will be responsible for processing of orders received via shopping mall's website or by incoming phone call:- communication with the customer for feedback.
- communication with the logistics service for the delivery of order;
- communication with the offline store merchandiser on the subject of order packing;
- verification in system and confirmation of the order by phone to the customer;
Requirements:
- 4 Full-Time position(s) available.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Tifa Building,JL. Kuningan Barat,26.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- Required skill(s): phone negotiations, conflict-free, obligatoriness, advaced pc and internet user, ms office package, call center software.
- Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
