Customer Service Supervisor-JS
Jakarta Barat (Jakarta Raya) - Kedoya
Responsibilities:
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Supervises a staff of customer service representatives and ensures customers are satisfied.
- Attend to customers enquiries & requests
Requirements:
- Full-Time and Contract position available.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kedoya.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required language(s): English
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Advertising/Media, Linguistics/Languages, Mass Communications or equivalent.
