Business Development Asst. Manager (Code: BDAM)
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and coordination with related department for new store opening, store closure or store renovation.
• Proceed and negotiation for renewal existing store lease agreement
• Negotiation with landlords / developer for the lease / rental condition and ME specification
• Travel to find potential sites for new opening stores

Requirements:

• Home based: Jakarta
• Willing to travel extensively to find potential sites
• Talkative, smart, highly self motivated person, good initiative, good communication skill, and able to work under pressure and/or with tight deadline.
• Good in detail, strong analytical thinking, enjoy working with numbers, effective planner
• Good in English (verbal and written)
• Min. 3 years working experience in the same position as Business Development in retail industry
• University Degree majoring in Economic / Management from reputable University
• Max.  30 years old, preferably Single
