We are PT. LINTAS BENUA HANDALAN INDONESIA, the shipping agency for liquid and dry bulk industry, located in Jakarta - Indonesia We do agency in the whole of Indonesia ports/terminals, for Indonesian and foreign vessels. We are in urgent need, seeking highly qualified individuals to be part of our team for the following positions :
Operation Manager
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
- The basecamp would be in Jakarta, but should travel outside the city (domestic or overseas) at the timeframe due to business purpose/need
- Prepare report on operations for management
- Maintain good teamwork in Operation Dept and could work well with other team involved in organization
- Lead operation team and ensure service rendered to quality specifications of client
- Have good relationship with Shipper(preferably coal shipment), Trader and Shipping Company (Local & International)
- Deal with Authorities on operational matter
- Manage all documentation processes to ensure smooth berthing, cargo operation and sailing of the vessel
- Ensure overall operation is done efficently in accordance to business plan and objectives
Requirements:
- Must be able to solve problem under pressure and work to tight deadlines
- Initiative, integrity and sense of responsibility
- Knowledge in legal requirements and have a full understanding of all Customs, Immigration, Chartering and Port Logistics Procedures
- With at least minimum 5 years working experience in a shipping agency
- Excellent written and communication skill in English
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Graduated from Maritime Academy Diploma, hold ANT II (Ahli Nautika Tingkat II) Certificate
