Project Sales Manager - Workplace Solutions

Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates consistent leadership and judgment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrates the ability to ‘think outside the box’ while identifying potential problems and developing creative solutions.
- Maintains a high degree of customer/client/sponsor satisfaction while also maintaining necessary project controls.
- Works effectively as a member of a team and independently.
- Responsible for time management tracking by project.
- Creates and executes timely project work plans with proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects.
- Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion. Manages risks and mitigations accordingly.
- Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors.
- Assist in developing annual sales plan and keep sales lead pipeline updated.
- Develop existing client relationships and develop new customers relationships, business opportunities and projects.
- Facilitates all project related status meetings and communications to ensure projects are on target to meet their deadlines.
- Proven success and experience project managing middle to large projects
Requirements:
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required skill(s): Interior design, sales, business development.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship skills
- +3 years of experience in sales/interior design/project management, preferred
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Design/Architecture/Project Management with sales background
