Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
- Develop sub-distributors for our products in major regions of Indonesia.
- Propose marketing strategies based on prevailing market conditions to properly position our brand and products.
- Monitor each salesperson’s daily performance. Review the performance of salespersons and motivate them to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build, supervise and train an effective sales team for our fitness and spa equipment
- Achieve sales targets as assigned by top management.
- Generate Sales opportunities and secure orders for our fitness and spa equipment from commercial and home customers.
Requirements:
- Min 35 Years old
- Understand english (minimum passively)
- Min. 3 years experience in related field
- Min S1 any field
