1. To coordinate, supervise and conduct the analysis process claims in accordance with the standards set by the company.
2. Analysts coordinate team activities in order to ensure the achievement of team productivity.
3. Create reports of productivity and quality
4. Creating and analyzing reports of claims in order to ensure the achievement of results in line with the target.
5. Increasing knowledge about the product and its team of analysts - Manulife insurance products in Indonesia.
Requirements:
- Medical doctor
- 1 - 2 years experience as a claim analyst
- Fluent in English for both written and spoken
- Strong interpersonal skill
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer Service oriented
- MS Office literate
